Our property

Our Bed & Breakfast "Sole Luna e Girasoli" is located in a peaceful area of Marina di Mancaversa (LE), in close proximity to the beaches of Gallipoli, just 800 meters from the beautiful sea of Salento. Simona and Luca welcome you to the ground floor of their villa, in a completely independent environment with three rooms (each with a private bathroom, mini-fridge, air conditioning, color TV, and free Wi-Fi), a breakfast room, and a garden equipped with tables and chairs to relax under the shade of trees after a day of sun and sea. Included in the price are sun loungers and umbrella, as well as cool bags with ice packs available to guests for reaching the nearby beach and for relaxing walks. Pets are allowed upon prior telephone agreement. During the summer, one evening a week we offer our guests a barbecue dinner on our terrace. For those traveling by train or plane, if available, we can provide our car. Ask us for information!

Hello everyone! We are Luca, Simona and Matteo. I, Simona, was born and raised in Bologna until I was 30. Then, thanks to an internet chat, I met Luca, a salentino d. o. c. , and fell in love with him and the beautiful land we live in. We got married in October 2005 and Matteo was born in April 2011. We opened our Bed and Breakfast in 2004. Now, while I run the B&B full-time, Luca helps me out when he's not at his office (he's a surveyor). We love meeting new people and learning about different cultures, and we enjoy listening to accents and dialects different from our own.
