From more of thirty years, during the Christmas period, on the  knoll of Monte Orco of Tricase in province of Lecce, there is the Rappresentation of the Nativity, which is an event internationally known that  has enormous succeeding in terms of visitors and  consents. The persons who, under gratuitous title, participate to the event are more then 250; the manger extends on approximately four hectares of surface on a natural crinale of extreme suggestion. The distance, along which they are alternated resting places and continues jolts of land, measure approximately two situated kilometers and between natural, ancient peasant huts, constructions purposely prepared and personages all in custom, is represented approximately fifty “scenes” of olds trade.
